Position Description Summary:
Identifies local Talent and Leadership Development needs and ensures regulatory compliance of required Corporate, Local, Federal training. Develops and implements Talent and Leadership Development programs at a regional level (aligned with all global initiatives); manages the activities and operations of assigned staff.
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):
* Coordinates an organization-wide approach to Talent and Leadership Development.
* Defines and documents cost-effective Talent and Leadership Development plans; manages changes to plans, as needed, due to priority and need changes.
* Ensure regulatory compliance of required Corporate, Local, Federal training (i.e. Anti-Harassment, Compliance, etc.)
* Working with the GBS, monitors, maintains, measures and reports Talent and Leadership Development courses taken via various tracking tools.
* Develops and maintains a Talent and Leadership Development catalog (online and print) outlining all internal and external courses provided by the organization.
* Monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
* Provides internal consulting to individuals and departments on Talent and Leadership Development opportunities that will enhance their performance.
* Implements programs, processes, and strategies to plan, evaluate, develop, and improve human and organizational resources to optimize their contribution to the company, leading to our Primus objectives and culture.
* Prepares and monitors Talent and Leadership Development budget.
* Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
