For our ITM Land team, we are looking for a leader on Head of ITMLand Cluster North&East Europe position. What are the key responsibilities and challenges on this position?
be a business partner for Land Logistics
transform IT Land strategy into the day-to-day business decisions and business development activities
ensure the IT Land landscape transformation within the cluster
responsibility for maintaining and effective technology adoption in the Land business
establishes an efficient Demand Management process with the Internal Business Unit Land Transport (for services, projects , budgets and investments) within the cluster
performing multi-project orchestration with focus on delivery optimization within the cluster
very strong business acumen and ability to understand Land Logistics business processes
proven experience of leadership responsibility and approach managing large cross-functional and geographically spread teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
Lead, motivate and grow team of ITMLand in Poland and Cluster

Requisitos
What do you need to be successful in this recruitment?
at least 5 years of experience in IT
at least 2 years of experience in people development
experience in analysis and modeling of business processes BPM/UML
very good command of written and spoken English, and ideally second German language
experience in collaboration with the business client
university degree in Computer Science or comparable education
open mind attitude
self-motivated and a problem solver
