Role Summary:
Specific Accountabilities:
- To support and back up for Site Operation Manager
- To be responsible for ST1 VAS
- To be responsible for KPI, XSITE, 5S+1, POP and internal audit
Specific Accountabilities:
- To assist and back up for SOM when needed./ Hỗ trợ và thay thế SOM khi cần thiết.
- Mainly responsible for ST1 VAS activities (plan, cost model, productivity)./ chịu trách nhiệm chính cho hoạt động đóng gói, dán tem của ST1.
- Be responsible for 5S+1, POP, XSITE, internal audit/ Chịu trách nhiệm cho chương trình 5S+1, Cải tiến , XSITE và audit nội bộ.
- Maintain daily operational meeting./ duy trì và thực hiện cuộc họp đầu giờ hàng ngày với team.
- Make monthly shift schedule for staffs/ Chuẩn bị lịch làm việc cho nhân viên theo ca.
- Train, lead, motivate & develop staffs./ Huấn luyện, khuyến khích và định hướng và phát triển nhân viên
- Follow up with maintainer/vendor/HSSE for MHE maintenance and repair./ Theo dõi với bảo trì/nhà thầu/ bộ phận an toàn cho hoạt động bảo trì và sửa chữa.
- Analysis of current operations incl but not limited to process, IT solutions, resources (people, MHE, Storage systems). / Phân tích dữ liệu vận hành nhưng không giới hạn liên quan đến giải pháp IT, nguồn lực (con người, máy móc, hệ thống lưu trữ).
- Responsible for the coordination of all warehousing and distribution functions / Chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp giữa kho với vận tải.
- Maintain and improve customer specific SOP's / duy trì và cải tiến SOP của khách hàng.
- Monitor internal KPI, 5S, POP, XSITE reporting / Kiểm soát KPI nội bộ, báo cáo 5S/POP/ XSITE
- Effectively manage the workflow to warehouse operations/ Quản lý hiệu quả quy trình kho
- Coach teammates to effectively work together / Huấn luyện và xây dựng đội nhóm hoạt động đội nhóm hiệu quả.
- Performs other job related functions as and when required / Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khi được yêu cầu
