- Drive workflow standardization across GCL through:
- Framework, SOP, standard(s) and process development
- Workflow governance and reporting across all levels
- Maintenance of Workflow best practice information sharing
- Chair the GCL Workflow steering committee (HO & RHO membership)
- Proactively engage the corporate Quality team to align with GCL Quality initiatives and programs
- Define GCL Workflow competency baselines. Develop and rollout education programs to augment global Workflow capability
- Ensure Workflow programs are scalable, and connect at all levels to measurably strengthen organizational capability and performance
- Design and establish development pathways and related training
- Subject Matter Expertise support to other business and Operations Excellence functional teams as required
Requisitos
- Deep understanding of Workflow and Quality Management in the context of contract logistics operations
- Capability to successfully deploy program initiatives in a matrix, regionalized corporate environment
- Strong global framework development and delivery skills
- Excellence communications skills - proactive approach to positively influence internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced program rollout skills in a global context
- Strong people development capabilities
