- Ensures sustanibility of Ocean Freight operation in timely manner without damages and following up the Ocean Freight shipments of acquired customers under under custody
- Supports pricing activities to the sales team or customers with Senior Customer Representative guidance in order to gain new customers.
- Prepares shipments’ documents and shares them with related units (customer, lines, suppliers, warehouses, customs agents and etc.)
- Responds to all questions which comes from acquired customers in timely manner and finds alternative solutions for existing problems
- Manages and follows up invoicing process regards to actualized services, payments with foreign DB Schenker offices
- Works in a coordination with Sales Team and supports them for new & existing customers and keeps acquired customers inline with determined budget
Requisitos
Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor Degree (Preferably Logistics, Business Adm. etc.)
Experience in preferably related business (customer services) or similar positions.
Good command of Office programs user experience
Good command of English language
