- Support the planning and execution of category initiatives in the field of indirect spend (Travel, Facility Services, Professional Services, Logistics Equipment, Company Vehicles)
- Support the analysis of category data
- Review and specify demand requirements within the tendering process
- Develop product and supplier information profiles
- Execute Rfx and associated tender exercises (communication, evaluation, negotiation planning, etc.) with the Global Procurement Managers
- Ensure usage of appropriate Procurement systems for strategic tender activities
- Execute and maintain up to date spend insight through appropriate analyses
- Execute supply market analyses
- Execute and follow up on Rfx and auctions
- Evaluate suppliers for compliance to DBS requirements
- Provision of expenditure / spend anaylses
- Monitor relevant KPI targets (e.g. savings targets through strategic sourcing)
Requisitos
- Disciplined and accurate in all activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communicator
- Good knowledge of procurement processes
- Good understanding of P2P and sourcing processes
- Works effectively under pressure
- Effective at managing stakeholders inside the business
- English Proficient
