As suas funções
- Prepare and represent program for internal and external inventory-related audits and weekly meeting.
- Address all inventory discrepancy in the form of 8D reports / CCMS / Non-Conformance (NC) Reports.
- Leading a team effort to compile a detailed chain of events, and brainstorm, put in place containment, corrective and preventive measures.
- Conduct audits of implemented containment, corrective, and preventive measures, and assess its effectiveness. Subsequently close the 8D/CCMS/NC reports.
- Pilot continuous improvement projects, and incorporate industry's best practices that drive reduction in operational error rates (short, excess, wrong pick, wrong location putaway, wrong stock-related system transactions), productivity, efficiency, and ergonomics improvements in the form of POP and Brightspark submissions.
- Support any other work tasks assigned by the Operations Manager and/or Senior Manager.
Requisitos
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Holder.
- Experienced in Logistics is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel.
- SAP Knowledge and software skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
