Responsible for overseeing and executing daily logistics and warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain activities while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control procedures are in place.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Analyze operational performance and propose improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Support project implementation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff where applicable.
  • Assist in audit preparation and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in a contract logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, Power Bi).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
