- Raise invoice to customers based on Tariffs or Customer's Account Profiles.
- Ensure invoices and supporting documents are sent to customers timely.
- Generates monthly summary reports for customers.
- Work with internal and external customers on disputes if any.
- Attend to customer's enquiries.
- Ensure jobs are received promptly and billing done on time.
- Familiar with air freight operations, open to consider fresh diploma holders
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- A self-starter who is resourceful and innovative in driving continuous improvement.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Willingness to address operational issues outside of office hours as needed.
