Position Description Summary: Responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complicated business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provide technical leadership in identifying, evaluating, and developing automated systems and procedures that are cost effective, creative, and meet user requirements. Configure complex application settings and options. Plan and execute unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Gather and document functional requirements including complicated business processes to solve business problems. Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): • Conduct client interviews to capture and document business requirements including rules and practices • Analyze and develop complex functional specifications • Perform Project Management activities including project planning, budgeting, status reporting, resource planning and allocation, and management of client expectations • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of business • Lead cross-functional teams to solve business problems • Oversee and perform highly sensitive and complex testing of automated systems including development of test plans and scenarios, conducting of user testing and business process validation • Perform customer and application support activities including working sensitive and complicated issues to closure and problem resolution • Recommend enhancements to business practices to improve efficiencies • Evaluate and participate in the evaluation of new technologies • Demonstrates ability to work on multiple complex projects. • Able to function as the senior analyst on multi-member projects. The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): This is a senior level position. . Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, are required. Exceptional analytical skills required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Generally prefer 3-6 years of related experience.


We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $75,000 - $80,000 annually, an annual performance-based discretionary bonus of 10% of salary, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits package includes paid time off and paid sick time in the first year, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and more as described in our benefits guide. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity.  Benefits may be subject to waiting periods and other terms and conditions.
