Our benefits

We strive for sustainable and healthy workplaces. We offer our employees a financial contribution that can be used for health-related activities.

Occupational health

Our workplaces are linked to local business health care. This means, among other things, that we offer our coworkers support and advice when needed.

Holiday homes

DB Schenker's staff foundation offers employees to rent holiday homes such as cottages and apartments in winter sports destinations for example Sälen and in Austrian Matrei, as well as in summer taverns such as Hunnebostrand, Strömstad, Marstrand, Torekov. Smygehuk, Visby and Ekerum (Öland).

Squeeze days

We offer extra vacations in addition to holidays. Squeeze time can be taken the day before the red day, as well as when a weekday falls between a red day and a weekend (applies on the official's side).

Parental allowance

As an employee, you have the right to receive compensation from DB Schenker in addition to parental allowance from Försäkringskassan during parts of your parental leave.

Salary exchange

You have the opportunity to exchange increased pay, which means that our employees can deduct up to five extra vacation days for gross salary deductions.
