Key Account Executive - Sales & Sales Planning

Vaše úlohy

This position is responsible for acting as the main contact person in coordinating all activities of the assigned important account, including ad-hoc inquiry / RFQ management /DSO management and coordinate the urgent issues between the important customers and Schenker operations and Customer Services department.

Your tasks:
  • Responsible for important key account being main contacts for ad-hoc inquiry and solutions etc.
  • To support Key account management on some big RFQs /bids in line with the global / regional / local agreement
  • Oversea communication with Schenker branches or partnership agents
  • Handling DSO management to ensure the payment cycle within the agreement
  • Prepare monthly report to monitor the performance


  • College or above
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
  • Strong communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
  • Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
