    Your tasks

    For our Head Office of DB Schenker AG we are looking for you as a regional Implementation & Project Manager EMEA for a fixed term contract until June 2026.

    Your Tasks:

    • You are responsible for delivering end-to-end project and implementation management for a global customer, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality objectives
    • Therefore you focus on the development, deployment, and oversight of operational solutions, supporting global implementation frameworks, and ensure seamless project execution across multiple countries in the EMEA Region
    • You are accountable for delivering project implementations for a global customer, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met and drive the development and planning of country-specific implementation scopes in collaboration with local teams
    • You maintain visibility on the status of implementations across the region and highlight risks to senior management and conduct scheduled governance reviews to ensure stakeholder engagement and implementation progress
    • You support executive decision-making by making visible any high-risk implementations and providing recommendations and ensure adherence to the global implementation "playbook" within the area of responsibility
    • You provide inputs for the development of implementation training and facilitate training sessions and lead the site operations readiness, including operational fit-out, layout, process design, and staffing
    • You act as a participant in operational solution design reviews and provide operational sign-off and own the localization of operations business requirements specifications, ensuring alignment with regional Needs
    • You support operations teams during the go-live phase, overseeing go-live management and ensuring smooth transitions and monitor operational KPIs during the hypercare period post go-live, ensuring performance targets are met
    • Afterwards you provide support to operations teams during post go-live client-facing meetings to ensure smooth onboarding and handover

    Requirements

    Your profile:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree ideally in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
    • You already gained several years of experience in project management, implementation, or logistics operations, ideally in a regional or global capacity - a Project management certification is a plus
    • You bring proven experience in delivering complex, cross-functional implementations in logistics, supply chain, or related industries
    • You have strong leadership and coordination skills with experience in delivering complex, cross-functional implementations and excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive decision-making
    • You have knowledge of operational solutions, frameworks, and process management in logistics and supply chain environments
