Görevleriniz
- Meets and refers demands of internal and external customers in timely manner
- Prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports which are demanded by related units and customer
- Transmits the operational information which come from Operation-Documentation-Sales Units to customer neatly and coordinately
- Visits acquired and potential customers regularly in order to improve relationships
- Takes actions for finding solutions about possible hitches rapidly and meeting customer expectations & satisfaction
- Makes data entries on ERP system (SOFT) about customers which are under responsibility
Gereksinimler
- Trade Vocational High School, preferable relevant Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in logistics or transportation
- Command of customs clearance and registrations- professional language
- Experience in preferably documentation & customer services
- Office programs user experience
- Basic level language of English
