The Great Place to Work certification has been awarded to DB Schenker Technology Center in Warsaw as a result of the holistic employee satisfaction study and culture audit.
The study, which is anonymous and confidential, is conducted by an external company – the Great Place to Work institute. For more than 30 years, the Institute has been researching workplace culture related to different market sectors. Millions of employees worldwide participate in the Trust Index® survey every year, which is a certified approach by the Institute. The Great Place to Work® Trust Model® has been the basis of workplace culture research for decades.
The study comprises two key elements. The first one - Great Place to Work survey aims to measure employees' level of trust and satisfaction in five dimensions: credibility, fairness, respect, pride, and camaraderie. And the second is culture audit – the evaluation of company’s HR practices.

The results are incredibly inspiring for us. We are pleased that as many as 82% of our employees consider our company a great place to work, and 84% of them would recommend us to their friends and family.
Employees appreciate our company for the friendly atmosphere, positive relations with supervisors, or the management's immediate response to the crisis caused by COVID-19. The results of the survey provide an excellent basis for further development, especially in those areas which are influenced by employees. They clearly show in what direction the company should go and what aspects still need to be improved. We are currently analyzing those aspects that have been identified as areas for improvement. During the workshops planned in all teams, the employees will develop proposals for changes and new actions. We want to be a Preferred IT Employer; therefore, we are continually introducing innovative solutions to respond to our employees' needs as fully as possible.
