Join our team as a Business Development Manager!


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Contract Logistics team in Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and managing a small portfolio of existing customers. Location: Dublin, Ireland

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30


What will you be doing?


As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by:


  • Winning new business – identifying, engaging, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers.

  • Building strong relationships – hosting sales meetings, networking, and applying value-based selling methods to secure new partnerships.

  • Managing accounts – developing and growing a smaller portfolio of existing customers while ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Maximising opportunities – using CRM tools and market insights to prioritise prospects and manage a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Collaborating with colleagues – sharing customer insights, supporting smooth onboarding, and working closely with operations to deliver excellent service.


About you


We are looking for someone who is driven, results-focused, and passionate about building strong customer relationships. You will bring:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development, ideally within logistics or a related sector.

  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to generate interest and overcome objections.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Good time and territory management, able to balance new business acquisition with account management.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
