DB Schenker Greater China received the Best Workplaces for Women™
DB Schenker Greater China is recognized as the Best Workplaces for Women™ in Greater China 2025 by Great Place To Work™.
This distinguished award underscores our dedication to fostering a workplace culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to thrive; and one with exceptional practices for our female employees.
The Best Workplaces for Women™ in Greater China list is awarded annually by Great Place To Work™ to celebrate companies that prioritize trust, inclusivity, and employee well-being for women at the workplace. DB Schenker Greater China earned this award based on employee feedback on our workplace culture, inclusive practices, and dedication to creating an environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
Nearly 4,000 employees of DB Schenker Greater China were invited to participate in this survey, with 90% of respondents affirming that, “Taking everything into consideration, I would say that this is a great place to work”. Among them, 91% of female employees - who make up 57% of the surveyed workforce - gave high ratings. Furthermore, women now hold 34% of management positions within the Greater China Leadership Team, marking a significant milestone in DB Schenker’s ongoing efforts to promote gender equality and female leadership.
Ms. Cindy Cao, CEO of DB Schenker Greater China, stated: “DB Schenker Greater China is proud to be recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute, which is a great inspiration to us.
