We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Imports Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and proactive import services to our customers, overseas partners, and related service providers. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of import operations and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

What will you be doing?
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of import operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients and overseas partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborating with related service providers to streamline import processes and enhance service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of import transactions and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Proactively monitoring shipments and communicating updates to customers and partners.
- Identifying opportunities to improve import processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
About You
- Previous experience in import operations and customer service in Airfreight.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
