U.S. Government Shutdown Averted
The anticipated U.S. Government shutdown has been averted for now. Congress passed a stopgap bill that will keep the government funded for an additional 45 days, which President Biden signed one hour before the midnight deadline on September 30th .
The bill extends funding until November 17th. Congress will have until then to pass a spending bill for the full year.
We will continue to monitor for updates and communicate as information becomes known.
