Product Manager Privileged Account Management and Workstation (PAX) (*) Sus tareas Sus tareas You will ensure the implementation of the vision for Privileged account management product portfolio to meet security and business needs within Schenker. Product-oriented with an agile mindset at the core, the product manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent and appropriate delivery & enhancement of core privileged account management products, including Privileged account management solution and privileged account workstations (Cloud & OnPrem). Your tasks:Accountable for implementing the vision and roadmap for an enterprise-wide Privileged Account Management Framework in line with the technology strategy - working with architects and product owners to ensure the highest quality of product deliveryOversee the creation of appropriate procedures and governance for program management and regulatory requirements related to legacy systems, cloud applications, and privileged accessEnsure consistency of product management and agile methodology, share common practices and challenges across the product teamEnsure consistent feedback mechanisms are in place to measure consumer satisfaction and to capture potential new requirements/enhancement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a continuous improvement (CI) process to ensure contemporariness and evolution in alignment with evolving risk and industry factorsService level management, Reporting, Demand managementEstablish & assure IT-based service quality according to SLA/OLA, Monitor SLA & initiate escalation in case of non-complianceCentral governance function: Manage IT security policies regarding the lifecycle of privileged identities & monitor compliance by de-central instances of the serviceManage events & potential security threats (in cooperation with the central Security Operations Center)Collect, asses, evaluate & coordinate the implementation of demands incl. cost-benefit calculation etc.Collecting, assessing, evaluating & coordinating the implementation of change, acting as the service's representative in governance bodiesManage problems relevant for service availability & continuityEnsure an efficient knowledge-flow to customers/stakeholders; plan, prepare & conduct training for users/customers Requisitos Requisitos Your profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplinesSeveral years of strong hands-on engineering experience in PAM/IAM space, to include O365, Data Centre, public Cloud (Azure, AWS etc.), Identity Management & Lifecycle, RBAC, Access Management & Access CertificationBroad understanding of the PAM cybersecurity landscape including identity stores, authentication/authorization, strong authentication & privileged access management capabilities and methodologiesExperience in successfully delivering an Agile Cybersecurity environment, working closely with product owners and customersDemonstrated experience with governance processes in a complex organizational settingExperience with modern authentication methodologies (e.g. Multi-Factor Authentication, OAuth, Privileged Access Management)Experience with information security concepts including encryption, access control, cryptographic key management, and certificate managementStrong business and system acumenStrong customer service orientationStrong self-initiative and excellent analytical skillsFluency in written and spoken EnglishSeveral years of IT/Cybersecurity/Information Security experienceSeveral years of experience with IaM platforms such as IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, Ping Identity; Azure Active Directory, Azure MFA, Ping Federate; HashiCorp Vault Nuestra oferta Nuestra oferta At DB Schenker, you are part of a global logistics network that connects the world.
