Sus tareas

  • Coordination of cross-location recruitment for customer dedicated team
  • Consolidation of customer demands and provision of demand analyses pertaining to various HR topics
  • Oversee and coordinate development and succession planning for dedicated customer team
  • Oversee and coordinate performance management (target setting and assessment) in line with DBS processes and customer expectations
  • Support on (cross-location) projects and organizational design processes
  • Ensure compliance to DBS and customer HR policies and processes in all countries the customer business' is implemented
  • Consolidation of HR information for customer invoicing and budgeting
  • HR reporting

Requisitos

  • Bachelor level in HR
  • Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • MS Office and Google Suite programs
  • English language skills is a must
