AOG Desk Supervisor

·       Take initiative to consult with hiring manager to understand the required skills, competencies, the impact on the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company’s initiatives and strategy

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): This is a supervisory position. Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills required. High School degree or equivalent strongly required. Advanced education in Logistics/Freight Forwarding preferred. HAZMAT Certification preferred. Minimum of three years in the freight forwarding industry with experience in handling air export and import required. Minimum of three years AOG Desk (or similar) experience required.
