Main activities will involve
- Managing and tracking inventory of demo devices, ensuring stock levels are accurate
- Preparing products for shipment or returning items to inventory after demos are completed
- Handling incoming requests for demo devices, organizing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to clients
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all required devices are available and prepared on time
- Performing diagnostics and quality assurance checks to ensure devices meet required performance standards
- Configuring and setting up devices such as laptops, tablets, desktops, servers, and other electronic equipment.
- Supporting logistics efforts by helping with the packing, labelling, and dispatch of demo devices
- Interacting with clients to confirm device requirements, ensuring that demo units are set up as per their specific needs
- Providing support and addressing any concerns or technical issues the customer may have with demo units
- Coordinate with Intel stakeholders and Business Unit seeding owners on demo opportunities

The role will be a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Demo Depot Technician to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Demo Depot activities by managing various client requests and ensuring the preparation of tech devices for distribution.
You will be given responsibility in helping the team handle the end-to-end process of preparing and testing devices that will be sent out as demo pieces to current and potential clients. The primary goal is to ensure that these devices are in flawless condition before being shipped, representing our client’s high standards.
