We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our operations and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting and developing our customer service team.
Location: Quantum Distribution Pk, Newtown, Dublin 11,
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Customer Service team by:
- Leading and supporting the team to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Overseeing the coordination of outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handling escalated customer queries and providing timely, effective solutions.
- Monitoring performance metrics, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and system data.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to support their growth.
- Driving service improvements and contributing to operational efficiency initiatives.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, or supervising a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in using systems and working with data.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to motivate others.
