    As part of the Global Account team, the Global Program Support compliments the team by specifically being responsible for managing the creation, tracking and reporting of designated testing and training materials for the Finished Goods COE "Centre of Excellence" and Global SAP S4/H program. This role engages, communicates, facilitates, administers and controls the regional/country resources for testing and training into the Finished Goods COE "Centre of Excellence" and Global SAP S4/H program


    Specific Accountabilities

    • Management of assigned testing and training administration including test script creation, management via business tool and training material management
    • Timely and accurate reporting on status and progress
    • Manage / report business risk, with proposed mitigations for the testing and training workstream within the overall program
    • Support definition of an aligned global change management process with the wider CM global account team

    Skills Required

    • Workstream management
    • Own the planning and management of the workstream into the COE & global program
    • Control workstream scope in conjunction with Director FG COE.
    • Develop, track and control workstream schedule
    • Document and implement key user training
    • Develop and build virtual teams
    • Report workstream progress
    • Escalate issues
    • Manage workstream change requests.
    • Work collaboratively with senior management on issues that arise during implementation.
    • Strong facilitation and documentation skills

    • Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools


    Experience and Qualifications

    • At least 5 years in contract logistics or equivalent
    • Self-motivated
    • Testing and/or training experience in WMS and/or operational process in an implementations or project environment.
    • Experience in handling customer interaction
