Join our team as a Warehouse Operative!
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in Shannon. In this full-time, day-shift role, you'll play an essential part in maintaining high service standards for our customers, supporting warehouse operations, and upholding health and safety protocols.
Location: Shannon
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday
What will you be doing?
- Focus continuously on employee welfare, hygiene, dangerous goods handling, and housekeeping standards.
- Liaise daily with customers in a professional and courteous manner to meet or exceed service expectations.
- Develop strong working relationships and maintain an understanding of customer needs to enable proactive operational support.
- Ensure full compliance with customer procedures and investigate any service issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Operate both computerized (IMI/WMS) and manual stock control systems.
- Perform core inventory functions including picking, receiving, stock counting, and cycle counting.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
- Is dependable, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Communicates clearly and works well in a team.
- Takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining safety standards.
- Can quickly learn and work with warehouse systems and procedures.
