We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive with strong skills in data analysis and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational data, generating reports for management, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the department.
Data Analysis:
Collect, organize, and analyze operational and performance data.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update documentation, records, and filing systems.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
Handle procurement requests and monitor office supplies or logistics support.
Cross-Functional Support:
Liaise with various departments (operations, HR, finance, etc.) for data consolidation and reporting.
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management.
Skills Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)
Good in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Good knowledge in process mapping and value stream mapping to identify improvement areas.
Strong presentation skills and able to articulate and present to multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.
Frequently voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.
Communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
Good analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.
Good knowledge in latest automation technologies and implementation.
Good leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees.
Good in working with numerous data to define, implement and monitor KPI and provide data driven insights and identify areas for improvement
Experience and Qualification
- Minimum Diploma Holder or Degree holder.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or SQL is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
