Responsibilities:
- Business Solutioning and writing of Business Requirements Statements
- Customer Facing, Leader SME
- Accountable (Partners with) for the relationships with the APAC Head PMO
- Accountable for the delivery of all Customer projects across APAC
- Responsible for the portfolio management and prioritisation of projects
- Responsible for the Management of assigned projects
- Responsible to Project tracking to agreed deliverables, with timely and accurate reporting
- Responsible for PMO Engagement across APAC and with the customer
- Responsible for CLDM /Implement and compliant to customer Project Methodology
- Responsible to manage / report business and project risk, with proposed mitigation
Qualifications:
- 6 years project management or equivalent
- 3 years in logistics operations
- Self-motivated
- Prince II accreditation preferred
- Logistics experience in logistics operations, solution design, systems, implementations and projects, preferably with returns/spares logistics and/or domestic distribution.
- Experience in handling customer accounts in Hi-tech industry
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills
- Effective communication and presentation
- Work well under pressure, and able to handle internal and customer demands effectively
- Analytical and logical approach
- Good and positive attitude
- Team player
- Flexible to travel for business trips
- Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools
