Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Business Solutioning and writing of Business Requirements Statements 
• Customer Facing, Leader SME 
• Accountable (Partners with) for the relationships with the APAC Head PMO 
• Accountable for the delivery of all Customer projects across APAC 
• Responsible for the portfolio management and prioritisation of projects 
• Responsible for the Management of assigned projects 
• Responsible to Project tracking to agreed deliverables, with timely and accurate reporting 
• Responsible for PMO Engagement across APAC and with the customer 
• Responsible for CLDM /Implement and compliant to customer Project Methodology 
• Responsible to manage / report business and project risk, with proposed mitigation

Qualifications:

• 6 years project management or equivalent
• 3 years in logistics operations
• Self-motivated
• Prince II accreditation preferred
• Logistics experience in logistics operations, solution design, systems, implementations and projects, preferably with returns/spares logistics and/or domestic distribution.
• Experience in handling customer accounts in Hi-tech industry
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills 
• Effective communication and presentation
• Work well under pressure, and able to handle internal and customer demands effectively
• Analytical and logical approach
• Good and positive attitude
• Team player
• Flexible to travel for business trips
• Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools
