Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for performing and managing a variety of routine and manual and or clerical duties in support or warehouse operations.

• Accountable for dealing with standard/non-standard shipments and stock management
• Inventory management, WMS management, Return process management
• Develop and maintain procedures/processes that improve customer service
• Verify the accuracy of Inbound/Outbound shipments and the quantities arriving into the facility
• 5S, OS vs5 management in the warehouse
• Purchase and setting of equipment required for customer's request
• Ensuring productivity and efficiency of in/outbound & quality inspection operations and constant confirmation
• Abeyance and consideration of statutory regulations and laws as well as strict enforcement of security standards
• Supervision of warehouse labor management and presentation of work direction
• Cooperate with the Outsourced manager and other departments to achieve KPI goals.
• IRR reporting

Skills Required

• Strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills
• Solid interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Skilled in WMS systems
• Standard level of MS Office
• Have knowledge of Public Safety and Security
• Equipment such as forklifts and trucks must be handled
• Intermediate English language skills to communicate with customer (email)

Experience and Qualifications

 e.g. with Logistics provider or Logistics or warehouse/supply chain department of other industries
