Health & Safety Coordinator

Join our team as a Health & Safety Coordinator!

We have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Health & Safety Coordinator for a key Global account. The main responsibility of the role is to support the safety of the various projects on site. In this role, you will provide Health and Safety administrative support and collaborate closely with the Health & Safety and Operational teams to uphold and enhance our SHE compliance. 

Location: Santry, Dublin (hybrid)

Hours: 9:00 - 17:30

What will you be doing?

• Ensuring that all site works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Liaise with clients & consultancies regarding Health & Safety requirements.
• Manage and coordinate data and information needed by others
• Identify all Heath, Safety & Welfare training needs for the site.
• Carry out incident investigations and corrective action measures with site management team
• Reviewing contractor risk assessments and method statements and other safety compliance documents.
• Maintain a strict code of Health & Safety on site
• Be the point of contact for emergency situations

About You

• Be working towards a relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (or other related studies).
• Experience in health and safety role or similar position
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and safety management software
• A confident communicator with the ability to establish effective professional relationships
