Your Role
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to join our growing facility in Redbank.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing the 3PL warehouse facility and staff. This will involve ensuring the effective running of day-to-day operations and meeting logistics and transport customer SLA's.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage daily operational activities and KPI's for a busy logistics facility, incorporating warehouse and transportation management
- Lead, manage and develop a team, enabling the effective provision of logistics and transport services to customers
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Promote a safe working environment through the company's WH&S policies and procedures
- Financial performance - preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring profit & loss for site and customers
What are we looking for?
- DCM experience within a 3PL environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer focused with the ability to build and develop genuine relationships
- Well-developed conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Advanced understanding of complex warehouse systems
- Strong analytical ability to identify root cause analysis and develop continually sustainable solutions
- Ability to lead, manage and develop team members and develop shared solutions
- Staff, union and contractor management experience
