DBS MX - MDM Steward Jr.

Additional Responsibilities:

▪ Provide administrative assistance to the MDM Manager with the maintenance of departmental best practices, processes, SOPs, data analysis, data cleansing, special tasks and/or projects

▪ Monitor the performance and health of the MDM platform

▪ Execute tactical day-to-day initiatives as well as contributing to the fulfillment of the long-term strategic data initiatives

▪ Maintain MDM components and integrations that align MDM implementation roadmap

▪ Collaborate with business areas in the development of data matching rules, workflows, and integration with source and target systems

▪ Creates various reports and documents in SAP/Excel/Word or other software as required

Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel):

▪ Candidate must be highly proficient in verbal and written English – all regional communication will be maintained as such in English

▪ Prefer minimum 2 years of experience in master data management or equivalent function

▪ Exposure or knowledge of SAP is highly desired

▪ Strong ability to self-manage and drive toward high-quality results

▪ Thrive in complex, often ambiguous, and fast paced environments

▪ Excellent written communication and presentation skills

Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

3rd Party Customer and Supplier Master Data Creation and Maintenance:

▪ ProCarS/TANGO/SAP customer and supplier account creation and updates

o Review and confirm automatically created accounts

o Create new accounts as requested

o Validate if Power of Attorney exists and flag accordingly

o Verify Import Security Filing (ISF) authorization

o Parent-child account linkage

o Data quality audits in MDM platform, TANGO & SAP

o Participate in issue resolution

o Participate in testing any and all system enhancements impacting or relating to master data

o Support to both internal and external customers/vendors in the region and globally
