What will you be doing?

Inventory management for all customer parts and tools
In-out registration for specific tools
Purchase consumables based on minimum inventory level and customer requests
Proactive approach to supplier agreements (including price and lead time)
Suggest process improvements based on experience and analytics accepting goods
Make sure all parts are always in the correct compartments
Keep all workshops, tool rooms and storage areas clean
Will remain physically present (desk) in the workshops and other areas on the site
Check tools for quality/functionality and propose replacement if necessary
Communication and handling of deviations related to the above processes
Prepare parts/tool kits for job assignment requirements

What are we looking for?

At least two years of experience in logistics
Good logistical and technical knowledge (tools, technical materials)
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Sharp eye for safety
Strong in working independently and project-based
Proactive and problem-solving attitude
Good command of the English language in word and writing
Computer Skills -Microsoft Office and Computer Based WMS Technology
