Monitor and control inventory integrity, including product identification and location programs
Research inventory discrepancies and make necessary corrections
Manage the inventory control function at the site
Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations
Track and report non-conforming products, and resolve inventory issues in a timely manner
Document and control aged, scrap, and damaged products
Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management/client
Coordinate and integrate efforts across the operations department to improve inventory accuracy
Must be able to pass the Stock Picker (SP) certification test and operate the unit on a daily basis
Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to products, processes, and quality systems
Recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify their implementation
Degree or Diploma holder in a relevant discipline
Minimum 3–5 years of work experience
Knowledge of Warehouse Management System and SAP is an advantage
Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Holder of a Stock Picker and/or Forklift license
