    The purpose of this role is centred around:
    • Continuous improvement of contract logistics' products and standard solutions
    • Optimization of service delivery by applying standard solutions with downstream functions
    • Pre-sales support to commercial & BD teams to delivery profitable growth
    Joining our team will grant you the opportunity to actively support the global product transformation journey of our global Contract Logistics activities and to operate and communicate within an international network.
    Tasks & Responsibilities
    • Lead the definition, ideation, and co-creation of new customer offers, which become part of our high value industrial offering.
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external organizations to identify, pilot and scale product assets to increase our service level and quality.
    • Provide product consulting expertise to top customer teams, global and regional commercial teams to support top line growth.
    • Work closely with product strategy & insights to refine product portfolio and evaluate effectiveness of the "live" industry offerings.

    Requirements

    • Very good knowledge of supply chain operations and distribution setup within Hi-Tech, consumer retail and Healthcare industries
    • Experienced in product development, product management lifecycle and vendor management
    • Experienced in launching new products and taking them to the market with commercial teams
    • Experienced in agile project management (agile, scrum, PMP certification desired)
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization across many different cultures and countries
    • Ability to travel abroad frequently
    • Ability to set own agenda and work under own initiative
