Riyadh, July, 2024 – DB Schenker, a global leader in logistics and transportation solutions, has established an alliance with Kaden, a premier real estate development and property management company, to significantly enhance logistics infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. The first phase of this extensive project will be located in the Jeddah city. The project will progress through several phases, each designed to accommodate different verticals, various storage modes, and temperature-controlled spaces.
The agreement was formalized at Kaden's headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of Ako Djaf, Vice President of Contract Logistics and SCM at DB Schenker in the Middle East and Africa, and Engineer Mohammed Al-Othman, CEO of Kaden.
