To be able to ship a package and products over 999 kilos, you must be a customer with us. After you have sent an inquiry here we will contact you by email with a quote.
Accept the quote
If you think that it looks good, then accept the quote right in the email.When we have received your answer, we will perform a credit check.
Now you are a customer!
If everything looks OK, we will add you to our system and you are officially a customer with us at DB Schenker. Now you will receive a welcome email with a customer number and access to our e-service portal eSchenker.
When you are a customer, it's easy to book your shipment.
eSchenker is our most advanced logistic solution yet. It incorporates all eServices into one portal, giving you maximum support at every stage of your supply chain. From tracking and scheduling to booking and reporting, eSchenker has your logistics covered.
The easy-to-use eSchenker tracking tool gives you real-time information about the location and status of your shipment, and its current estimated time of delivery. Allocation of a tracking number means that you can access detailed shipment data online without having to log in.
Our tracking technology has now been upgraded with an even more detailed overview and status information for each of your shipments.
