DB Schenker in Asia Pacific has been awarded the prestigious Supply Chain Innovation of the Year, as well as Global 3PL of the Year, at the Supply Chain Asia Awards 2019 held in Singapore.

Grundfos consolidated its Finished Goods & Spare Parts warehouses and transited to Schenker Singapore from Dec 2017. The consolidation from two other warehouse locations was successfully completed despite comprising its own set of challenges.

The Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) funds platooning project by DB Schenker, MAN, and Hochschule Fresenius & The first test runs will start in early 2018.

(Shah Alam, 11 May 2017)  DB Schenker in Malaysia is planning its fifth facility named Johor Logistics Centre (JLC7) in the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Southern Johor. This facility will provide warehousing, distribution and value-added services. Construction has commenced in Q2 2017 and completion is expected in Q2 2018.
