    DB SCHENKER Digital Challenge Call

    Join the challenge and get awarded the contract to implement your digital-led energy savings solutions in our logistics centers.

    Shaping the future of logistics warehouses

    We are on a mission to achieve net zero for all our Singapore logistics centers by 2030.

    To attain this ambitious goal, we are launching the DB SCHENKER Digital Challenge Call to identify innovative solutions that pushes the boundaries and enhances the energy efficiency for our logistics centers.

    Here’s an overview of the digital challenge call

    Aligned with our sustainability commitment, DB Schenker Singapore seeks to collaborate with digital innovators to achieve the following outcomes for our logistics centers:

    1. Achieve Net Zero (Zero Energy and Zero Carbon) by 2026 or earlier
    2. Reduce Energy Use Intensity by 50%
    3. Centralize Building Management Systems for all 3 sites
    4. Integrate Building Performance Data Monitoring into Building Recertification platform

    Open to local and global digital tech firms with relevant solutions with at least 3 years of operations. Participants should be willing to test their solutions in our logistics centers.

    Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on these criteria:

    • Energy efficiency
    • Simplicity
    • Scalability
    • Cost-effectiveness
    • Novelty and innovation

    The final winner of the Digital Challenge Call will be awarded the contract to transform all 3 of our logistics centers.

    Challenge application timeline

      Submit the application form by 20 Nov 2023

      Fill in the Organization Information Application Form provided below and email it to digital-challenge-call@dbschenker.com.

      Attend the info session on 24 Nov 2023

      Shortlisted participants will be invited to attend an in-person/online information session to learn more about the challenge and application process.

      Attend Schenker Open Day during Nov - Dec 2023

      View the sites in-person and engage with our sustainability consultant to better understand the challenges.

      Submit a 15-mins presentation by 31 Jan 2024

      You are encouraged to submit the presentation video earlier as the review is done on a rolling basis.

      Final proposals due by 21 Feb 2024

      Successful shortlisted presentations will submit the final Technical and Commercial proposals, followed by an interview on 23 February 2024.
