Lead Country Marketing Strategy: • Develop and execute overall marketing strategies to drive brand value, customer loyalty, and business growth. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, commercial teams, and external agencies, to align marketing activities with corporate objectives. • Lead the marketing team to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. Content Development and Marketing Operations: • Develop marketing materials to highlight the company’s value propositions, unique selling points, and case studies. • Drive content creation such as articles, videos, and marketing decks to engage customers and showcase key offerings. • Work with external agencies and production companies for the creation of high-quality marketing content. • Leverage marketing automation tool (Eloqua) to enhance customer communications and evaluate campaign performance. • Manage digital channels, including website and social media platforms to boost brand awareness and lead generation. • Serve as primary contact for media requests, managing media coverage to maximize brand visibility. Event and Campaign Management: • Plan, lead, and execute virtual and in-person marketing events and exhibitions. • Identify and create marketing opportunities in line with the marketing calendar and business goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields. • At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferability in a fast-paced, multi-cultural MNC environment • Prior experience in B2B communication and logistics-related fields would be an advantage. • Experience with marketing automation tools. • Working knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and copywriting. • Passionate, results-driven, creative, meticulous, and digital savvy.
