What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks):
- Maintain Lineside Delivery Areas: Ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper staging of parts at designated delivery points using kit carts, boxes, or other structures.
- Product Handling: Remove parts from vendor packaging as needed and organize delivered orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and report any part issues or delivery concerns to customers and management.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety policies and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance in all delivery-related tasks.
- Process Knowledge: Understand delivery workflows and order documentation to accurately stage parts and provide informed feedback when needed.
- Product Transport: Use designated vehicles to deliver products to customers and return items to the warehouse when required.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes):
•Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with the customer, team members, and other warehouse departments.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities promptly.
•Ability to operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) and adhere to driving safety regulations.
•Generally prefer 2 years of experience.
