This role ensures accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer orders, inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff and operators to meet performance goals and KPIs.
Coordinate closely with customer service, inventory control, transport, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and system updates.
Analyze operational data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution within the team and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in managing a team of 20 peoples
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working in a contract logistics or 3PL environment is an advantage.
- Forklift license and safety certification (if applicable).
