Quality Assurance Associate

Job Overview

Responsible for the quality audit of outbound shipments ensuring compliance with customer and federal quality regulations. Performs a variety of complex quality activities to assist Quality management with product assurance inventory and locations.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Performs audit of product to meet quality standards
• Assists in preparation of export documentation
• Performs special assignments as required by quality management
• Interfaces with quality management to ensure department goals are being met
• Must follow all state, local, and federal laws and regulations.
• The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

• Must have professional quality auditing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Solid Customer Service Support skills and strong interpersonal skills required.

* We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a hourly salary rate of $21.00 hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity.
