    Join Our Team as a Key Account Operations Manager!

    Are you a dynamic leader ready to steer our Key Account Management team towards unparalleled success? We're seeking a seasoned professional to take the helm and drive our Air Freight business to new heights. As the Key Account Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch service delivery to our key customers while spearheading initiatives to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets.

    Location: Heathrow, UK

    Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30

    What will you be doing?

    • Implement new Key account business, establishing communication lines, SOPs, and credit applications.
    • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal processes, driving behavior to achieve business goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies, goals, and policies for Key account customers.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of Key account customers' needs, developing SOPs to exceed expectations.
    • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet expectations.
    • Investigate and respond promptly to customer inquiries, problems, complaints, and escalations.
    • Manage performance of direct reports, providing support, guidance, and development opportunities.
    • Foster effective communication within and across teams, facilitating regular operational meetings and conveying key information.
    • Drive financial performance to achieve departmental growth and profitability targets.
    • Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting processes.
    • Manage business processes for accurate invoicing and vendor/carrier billing.

    Requirements

    What will you be doing?

    • Strong experience in freight forwarding, particularly in Air freight, demonstrating excellent operational and industry knowledge.
    • Proven track record in people management, showcasing effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
    • Demonstrated success in Key Account Management, with a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to build lasting relationships.
    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
    • Outstanding relationship-building abilities, fostering strong connections both internally and with suppliers and customers.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, adept at understanding and fulfilling customer requirements to exceed expectations.
    • Experience in managing budgets and KPIs, consistently delivering results in line with targets.
