The Employer Branding & Internal Communication Specialist is responsible for building the company's image as an attractive employer and leading internal communication by:
- Take over the responsibility for the global Technology Solution Center's internal branding and communication strategy and all its delivery hubs in Nanjing, New Delhi, Warsaw, and the Americas region.
- Manage internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters) and ensure timely and relevant content delivery to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate employer branding initiatives to improve the candidate experience and support recruitment efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities, student organizations, foundations, and event organizers to strengthen employer visibility.
- Design and implement communication plans for internal projects in collaboration with departments such as Finance, People & Organization, and others.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in employer branding to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
- Organize the company’s participation in job fairs and external conferences.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media and the corporate website.
- In cooperation with the global marketing and employer branding teams, ensure all communication and branding materials align with corporate standards.
- Support the planning and execution of internal employee engagement and integration events.
Our requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position (Employer Branding, Marketing, Communication)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Experience in Employer Branding activities and campaigns execution
- Strong content creation skills - writing, editing, and basic graphic and video creation. (Canva experience is a plus)
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation
- Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
- Team player with very good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups, and functions.
- Fluent Business English (written and spoken is a MUST)
- Experience in an international work environment
- Understanding of IT projects and service management is beneficial
- Open to work in a hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
