- Provide timely response to customer’s queries or requests on daily operations
- Provide proper solutions to customer if any urgent case happen
- Trouble shooting
- Daily and monthly documentation filling
- Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
- Billing and Payment collection and follow up
- KPI Measurement, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
- Attendance of review meeting with Customer/ plant, Carrier, customers’ suppliers and relevant if required
- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by Management.

1、负责仓库日常工作安排和监督,充分调动和带领工作人员高效、准确、有序的完成日常工作
2、负责仓库5S推广及执行,作业流程优化等方面的改善,持续不断的执行可视化标准库房
3、对库房内的设备使用情况的监督,减少人为的安全事故的发生,以及出现异常时能快速作出改善及处理方案
4、负责仓库工作人员培训,并督导有效落地和实施,不断提高工作效率和质量
5、跟进各项KPI完成情况,确保及时满足客户交付需求
6、完成领导交办的其它工作任务
任职要求:
1、初中以上学历,物流或相关专业
2、有汽车零件相关仓库管理1年以上工作经验优先
3、熟悉WMS、ERP等操作系统、电脑办公软件操作
4、有叉车正,会开叉车优先
5、有一定的工作抗压能力,有较强的沟通能力,计划、组织、协调、分析和执行力
6、两年以上带团队经验
