Schenker FreightMatch is provided through USA Truck, Inc. and USA Truck Logistics, LLC, both of which are subsidiaries of Schenker Inc. (collectively “DB Schenker”).
Your privacy is important to DB Schenker while you are using Schenker FreightMatch (“the App”). This Schenker FreightMatch Privacy Policy will provide you with information as to how DB Schenker treats the information, we receive about you.
INFORMATION GATHERED OR RECEIVED
Some portions of the App do not require you to reveal any information about yourself. However, our servers will collect information such as the HTTP request header, IP address, reference location, and browser information of visitors to allow us to measure the use and improve usage of the App. The App does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
For use of some portions of the App, DB Schenker may need personal information from you, such as your name, address, reference location, and contact information, to provide the services and products you request. The personal information collected is used only by Schenker FreightMatch and its partners, service providers, and affiliates to provide you services, respond to your inquiry, or grant you access to specific account information. To create a login account, seek to become an agent, or request a quote, DB Schenker will collect your email address, first and last name, location data (while using the App), and phone number. The provision of location data is not mandatory and is controlled by you through the App but will affect the extent to which DB Schenker can offer services, products, and responses to your inquiries. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The information and data collected from you for statistical purposes may be stored by DB Schenker indefinitely. DB Schenker may disclose aggregated data and statistics to describe the App to third parties and for other lawful purposes. If you create a user account, you agree DB Schenker may occasionally use your name and email address to send you notifications regarding the Site or DB Schenker. To unsubscribe from promotional emails, you may do so by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email.
DB Schenker may disclose your personal information as required by law, to enforce our Website Terms of Use and Website Privacy Policy, or to fulfill your orders. Additionally, DB Schenker may disclose your information as part of any merger, sale, or acquisition of some or all of DB Schenker or its assets.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you have a user account with Schenker FreightMatch, you may request help or update your account information by sending an email to USLand.SchenkerFreightMatch@dbschenker.com. Upon email request to USLand.SchenkerFreightMatch@dbschenker.com and subject to your provision of proof of your identity, DB Schenker will provide you with a copy of the personal data gathered about you without any charge. You may contest the data about you and, where appropriate, have the data erased, corrected, or completed.
COOKIES
The App may use cookies to improve our service to you when you return to the App. To receive a notification when you receive a cookie, you may set your computer or device browser to send you a notification, allowing you a chance to accept or reject the cookie.
TERMS OF USE
The Schenker FreightMatch Privacy Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for Schenker FreightMatch, which Terms you agreed to when signing up for the App.
CHANGES
DB Schenker reserves the right to modify or amend the Schenker FreightMatch Privacy Policy in its sole discretion at any time by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. Your only recourse if you do not agree to the modified Privacy Policy is to cease all use and access of the App.
