Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

• Support day-to-day HR recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, shortlisting to coordination of interviews
• Research activities for weekly HR employee engagement
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics support to run engagement events

Governance & Services

• Participate in working with Business Units (BUs) to align HR policies, and practices
• Ensure proper process workflows and support daily workforce operations matters and employee enquiries in the regional office
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions to attract top-quality candidates
• Work in partnership with the different Tribe leads and Team
• Provide support in HR projects, initiatives, system transformation, and functional portfolios to support overall HR workplan

Talent Analytics

• Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
• Generate actionable insights through data analysis
• Identify area of improvement in HR process & operations through analytics

Qualifications:

• Preferably candidates pursuing courses in Human Resource Management or related courses
• Preferably able to commit from 17 June 2024 to 31 December 2024
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Meticulous
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
