Ihre Aufgaben
This role aims to own and enhance both External and Internal customer service, accelerate the implementation of Consultative solutions with customers and internal operations, and improve customer retention and Gross profit for Land Product.
Location: Shannon
What will you be doing?
- Understand and meet customer requirements while delivering exceptional service.
- Manage all aspects of Direct Land Transport LTL & FTL and associated documentation.
- Operate DB Schenker IT Systems, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
- Adhere to company Quality Policy, maintain KPIs, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Generate client sales invoicing accurately and process costs & sales in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Company Standards, including H&S policies.
- Support onboarding of new clients and research new trucking partners for European trade lanes.
- Identify development opportunities, analyze customer trading patterns, and handle customer complaints.
- Maintain up-to-date Account management plans and profiles, managing customer quality reviews and invoicing/accounts receivable.
Anforderungen
About you
- Prior experience in a comparable or relevant position.
- Demonstrated expertise in the logistics/transport industry.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- High levels of energy, sound judgment, and a drive to achieve with urgency.
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
- Open-minded and consultative approach.
- Skillful in giving and receiving positive, constructive feedback.
- Capacity for creative problem-solving.
- Essential proficiency in strong Customer Service skills.
