- Assuring the proper workflow of the cost invoices
- Account assignment cost invoices in Baseware, ensure their proper descriptions and confirmations
- Document flow management in procurement process (orders, tenders, agreements)
- monthly closing of the controlling part in SAP
- monthly closing and notes reporting in HFM
- Calculating accruals for monthly closing
- Reporting FTEs and EBITs in TM1
- Reporting statistical data to GUS
- Issuing the sales invoices and processing invoices required for forced posting
- Tangible and intangible assets financial management in iThings
- Daily collaboration with Schenker PL finance and accounting functions
- Support in reviewing contracts with external suppliers
- Support for B2B Contractors (onboarding, support with invoicing, settlement of business trips, working hours register)
- Specific financial reports according to needs
- Executing controlling standards and rules, ensuring compliance of implemented processes with corporate SOPs
- Support in preparing necessary information for auditors
Qualifications:
- Good analytical skills, process thinking
- Good understanding of management information needs, financial reporting, and accounting standards
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to work in virtual teams
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office standard software
- Working experience in an international environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required
- General knowledge of IT services and management accounting
- Hybrid mode of work and contract for 12 months
